The contact form is actually just a fancy mailto link, where the body content gets populated with the information that the user fills into the form. This was facilitated through AngularJS and bidirectional data-binding.
The main menu is actually a mobile-like side menu for any width, meaning there was no need for extra code to make the menu work differently on wide screens and mobile.
